THE CONCEPT/turnkey solution

We make it very easy to built your new home - We will provide you with a turn key solution, All you have to decide is, if you want a 1-floor or a 2-floor home. The exterior is customizable, ex. rendered, wood or more local basalt stone finish. Interior, is also customizable to your choosing, ex. wood flooring, tiles, etc. All local legalities, license, engineering, city hall approvals and legal sale procedures are included.

The building method

Here we have a video from one of our projects, to show you the basic of our house assembly. - One of the best benefits of building this way, is that majority of the building is built in a closed warehouse. This so to quickly assemble and to have it wind and waterproofed within a day or two. This optimizes the process, by making the constructions correctly in a controlled environment and therefor remove human errors when building on site.

Turnkey Solution: We offer all our clients land with a customized home. All our homes are built from wood for the extra comfort. Our vision is to take your dreams and turn them into reality while radiating the soul of the Azores.

Location: We offer many location around the Islands of Faial and Pico. Customer gets to pick the location, property and size to best suits their desire, according to availability.

Building codes: All homes are built within the rules, regulations require of the local laws and yet customized to customers satisfaction. Interior and exteriors are carefully considered to customers taste and satisfaction.

Exterior:

We are working with 3 kinds of exterior cladding

• Rendered finish

• Wood cladding (painted)

• Basalt stone “look” (original look to the houses of the Azores)

All or some of them, can be combined to make your own unique design

Interior:

We offer a wide range of interior finishes, here are the ones that normally are used in our homes.

• Wood cladding, painted

• Drywall sanded and painted

• A feature wall with local basalt

• Kitchen and bath models come from Ikea with a laminate countertop

The process

Step 1:

When deciding on which house or location best fits your desires, we will be happy to help you in the process. Then an agreement will be made that includes:

• A fixed price on the complete build

• Thorough description of what you are getting

• Detailed drawings

• Agreement contract

Step 2:

When the contract is in place and signed, we will start the process to acquire the building permits - while you wait, we are planning the build it self, from the concrete slab, to the modules, the house will be built in.

Step 3:

Upon approval of building permits - the building process can begin. The foundation will be made, and the modules will be raised - as showed in the video. Everything will be finished within the agreed timeframe, with the desired interior and exterior finish

Step 4:

The handover, Now your beautiful home is ready, we will go through the house together and it is time for you to get your keys and enjoy your new home in the Azores
